CNC Lead Screw Preload

Compression Preload
According to the size of the pre-stress, a relatively thin pre-stressing sheet is selected and placed between the nuts to apply pre-stress. Since nuts A and B generate tensile loads, it is called compression pre-stress.

Extension Preload
A preload is applied by placing a preload sheet between the two nuts, and nuts A and B generate a tensile load, which is called tensile preload.

Four-Point Contact Preload
A steel ball with a slightly larger diameter than the groove space is built into the ball groove, so that the ball and the groove make four-point contact preloading, which is suitable for light preloading.
